Relic Thread runs on two parallel tracks: shipping our own software for the tabletop and game‑dev world, and consulting on AI for teams figuring out where the technology fits. Same workshop, same craft - different work on the bench.

Two kinds of AI engagement, scoped tight. We don’t do open-ended retainers, body-shopping, or six-month transformations - we come in, do a specific job well, and leave you with something that works.

How we work

A first call is free and honest. If the work is real, we’ll scope it together - usually a fixed-fee package, sometimes a weekly rate, never an hourly meter.

We turn down more than we take. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

What we’re about.

Relic Thread is a small studio. We make software the way a careful luthier makes instruments: one piece at a time, by hand, with a maker’s mark on the back.

We are not a platform, a venture, or a moonshot. We’re a workshop - two tracks on parallel looms, one product on the bench at a time, and a short list of clients who get the senior voice in the room.

Every piece we ship is signed. If something breaks, you’ll know who to email.
